March 21 2012 - Conrad’s Peterborough Ride

We had 12 cyclists for our 1st ride of this year led by Conrad Hill. The weather was ideal, sunny, no wind & the temperature reached 25 C! From Beavermeade we rode out to Ashburnham, west on Landsdowne to Lock then west to Lock St, south to Braidwood up to Monaghan Rd then west on Hawley St to The Crawford Dr Rail Trail along to Crawford Dr & west across the Queensway to the stoplights at Sir Sanford Fleming Dr. Along Fisher Dr to Airport Rd then across Hgw 115 to Beardsmore Dr which turns into Johnston Dr where we rode under the Hgw 7 bridge to Monaghan Rd, Riverside Dr, Cameron St, Park St, Graham St, McKellar St to Lock St & Del Crary Park. After this 20 km ride we enjoyed pub grub at The Tank House Pub behind WildRock
